  • WEBINAR: EMPATHIC LEADERSHIP

    Goal/Idea

Build your leadership skills. Improve your career, your community and yourself.

As Kiwanis club, division, and/or district leader, it’s your job to make sure everyone is working toward the same goal.
That involves a lot of communication.  The way we communicate is constantly changing, but how to communicate effectively isn’t.
In this interactive online session, you can learn simple ways to communicate more efficiently by being empathic with your team. You’ll come to the realization that empathy is not an agreement, but a way of understanding the people you lead.
Harness that understanding to build stronger relationships and a stronger team as a Kiwanis leader.
This webinar is a free demo-version that can give you a good insight about the Kiwanis Amplify programme.

    Trainer: Anita Silva, managing director

    Kiwanis Amplify

With a master on (and totally in love with) creativity and innovation, Anita gathers professional experience in areas like consultancy, event management, training, coaching, youth work, and community work.

She works regularly as a trainer in international contexts and cooperates both with corporations, educators and in higher education.

Kiwanis Amplify is a 10-week online course. You complete the leadership development assignments on your schedule at your convenience.
