    Zahlreiche PowerPoint Präsentationen führen zu einem fast sofortigen Einschlafen beim Publikum. Meist liegt das nicht nur am Vortragenden, sondern hauptsächlich an den langweiligen Slides. In diesem Seminar geht es zum einen darum, ein paar Tipps für eine erfolgreichere Präsentation zu erhalten, zum anderen erhaltet ihr noch zusätzliche Praxistipps für den Umgang mit PowerPoint.
    PowerPoint Kenntnisse werden nicht vorausgesetzt. Das Seminar richtet sich im ersten Teil auch an KeyNote und User anderer Präsentationssoftware.

    Personen, die daran interessiert sind, PowerPoint besser kennenzulernen und bessere Präsentationen zu erstellen.

    Doelstelling

    De meeste Kiwaniërs zijn ondertussen gewoon geworden aan online meetings via Zoom, MS Teams en andere toepassingen om online bijeenkomsten en vormingen te houden.

     

    Er komt een soort “vermoeidheid” over online vergaderen, en het is dan ook erg belangrijk om uw online vergaderingen, webinars, online trainingen en districts- / divisie- / commissievergaderingen interactief te maken!

    Belangrijke leerprocessen

    In deze webinar gaan we niét in op de basis van Zoom (zoals geluidsinstellingen, webcam-instellingen), maar spelen we wel in op de meer gevorderde toepassingen, zoals security settings, polls houden, in kleine groepjes werken tijdens een online meeting, online brainstorms houden met post-its, planningen maken, tools om meningen te vragen van deelnemers tijdens je online meeting, enzovoort.

    Het gaat niét om “hoe moet ik deelnemen aan een Zoom-vergadering”, maar wel om de toeters en bellen van Zoom, het meer gevorderde werk.

    Er is geen vertaling voorzien. Sommige slides zijn in het Engels, maar de uitleg wordt in het Nederlands gedaan. 

     

     

    Je hebt een PC of laptop nodig, waarop de meest recente update van Zoom client op geïnstalleerd staat.  Jouw smartphone heb je ook nodig tijdens de sessie.

    When we look for new members, we often expect the same engagement as the current members. While people are different, their jobs are different, their families are different.

    We also very often expect that people volunteer for the same reasons. But that’s not true.

    In this webinar we take a look to different types of members, and different types of volunteers, what is engaging them, so that we can learn from that to recruit new members, to retain existing members and to keep our volunteers satisfied.

    Numerous Power Point presentations cause the audience to fall asleep almost immediately. Most of the time this is not only due to the presenter but mainly to the boring slides. On the one hand, this seminar is about getting some tips for a more successful presentation, on the other hand, you will get additional practical tips for dealing with Power Point.

    Power Point knowledge is not required. The first part of the seminar is also aimed at KeyNote and users of other presentation software.

    There is a kind of “fatigue” coming about meeting online, it’s very important to make your online meetings, webinars, online training sessions and district/division/committee meetings interactive!

    This training is for licensed users of Zoom (Pro or Business). This can be your personal license, or a license you use from your club, division, district,… for your online meetings and trainings.

    As part of the Governors-elect Education Conference, an online break-out session on a monthly basis. This hour-long session is organized to help prepare governors-elect for the year ahead. It is the opportunity to ask questions, dive deeper, collaborate and bond with one another. Further details are sent to each governor-elect in due time.
